Interesting!
My warm up has, since I qualified, always comprised of pulse raising - at least 3-6 mins of 'fast(ish)' walking, swings, sways and co-ordination followed by a posture check, shoulder mobilisation then ankle mobilisation. Later in the class we do knee and hip mobilisation, balance, shoulders and trunk work. Nice to know I have been doing it right!
