Trustee, Chartered Senior Practitioner, and trainer, Tracy has been described as creative, innovative, and a catalyst for change for good.
Believing in the power of movement and dance to create and maintain healthy bodies and minds, she delivers non-judgmental, non-competitive classes and create opportunities for exercise, movement, and dance through good governance, where movement and dance are equal to sport and not the decoration on top.
Chartered Status is much more than demonstrating competency as an exercise teacher - being a Chartered Senior Practitioner shows my fellow Directors and Trustees that I am an expert in my field.
Tracy is a Director at Margaret Morris Movement International and their representative member at the Sport and Recreation Alliance and an elected trustee at CIMSPA.

The Social Value of 'what we do'
Tracy attends Movement and Dance Division meetings at the Sport and Recreation Alliance, the voice of sport into Government. She was chair of the Division from 2015-2021 and initiated a project to illustrate the benefits of 'what we do'.
'This document seeks to ‘state the case’ for movement and dance organisations. This report has been inspired by social impact reports undertaken by other sporting organisations to demonstrate the value of their activity.'
'Tracy's vision for the work was to deliver a step-change in how the members of the Movement and Dance Division articulate the value of the activity they work so hard to facilitate'
Following the publication of the Social Value report, the Division and Alliance wanted to look in more depth at what the impact of movement and dance. Using Sport England Active Lives data, a second ground breaking report, SOCIAL VALUE OF MOVEMENT AND DANCE driven by Tracy, stated the case for movement and dance within the physical activity sector.
