Introducing Tracy and her classes.

Movement and dance are the perfect way to improve your physical and mental wellbeing and help reduce social isolation. Exercise and getting 'out and about' should be fun and if it feels like hard work then it probably is and if it isn't enjoyable and rewarding you just give up!  

​Delivering an exercise class is more than 'demonstrating exercises to music' and the content has to suit the audience and the work has to be at the right level.

With over 24 years experience Tracy is able to adapt the class plan according those attending, picking the music and selecting apparatus as well as fine tuning the content so that everyone can participate regardless of their ability and previous experience.

Qualifications:
​Tracy qualified with EXTEND Exercise Training Ltd as Level 3 EXTEND Exercise teacher. In 2020 she received her Gold Teaching badge, celebrating 20 years of delivering EXTEND classes.
She qualified with Medau Movement in 2015 as a Level 3 Movement and Dance Teacher and qualified as a Para Dance Instructor with Para Dance UK in 2019.
Tracy is a member of CIMPSA, the professional development body for the UK’s sport and physical activity sector.

As well as teaching classes, Tracy uses her experience from the 'Church Hall Floor' to promote movement and dance within the physical activity sector.
