MAKE FRIENDS, GET ACTIVE AND FEEL BETTER!
'It keeps us fit and healthy'.
'It's a great place to meet likeminded people and you feel better afterwards!'

ORDINARY BODIES DOING EXTRAORDINARILY  FUN THINGS!

A DIFFERENT CLASS EVERY WEEK, CREATED JUST FOR YOU,

WHERE STRANGERS BECOME FRIENDS THROUGH EXERCISE.

Welcome to Exercise with Tracy for fitness, co-ordination, stamina and posture.
A non judgemental and non competitive exercise class that people enjoy coming to.

Exercise with Tracy and work the whole body to music that you can sing along to.

Exercise with Tracy for the personal accomplishment and
the satisfaction of doing something 'for yourself'

CLASS INFORMATION

Monday and Tuesday Exercise and Movement Extend style classes are a traditional keep fit class for those who prefer a slower paced class that 'ticks the boxes'. For more information about this exercise to music class, with no jumping or floor work please click here.

Wednesday Medau classes are more active, described as a 'tongue twister' for the body.
For information about Medau - a movement and dance class using apparatus (hoops, balls, clubs and gymnastic ribbons) please click here.

In 2010 I was delighted to present EXTEND Strides Out at the CCPR Festival of Movement and Dance at the Royal Albert Hall. The team, consisting of 56 EXTEND teachers and class members, performed to Royal Salute, the only requirement to join the team was to be able to walk down a set of stairs unaided. Class movements combined to create a performance of a lifetime.
