Why these classes?
I asked my classes 'why do you come?' 
It is important to remember that one class can not tick everyones boxes, and everyone is looking for something different. You can not please all of the people all of the time,
but everyone gains something from attending.

  • I can concentrate on my coordination and balance.
  • I can move my joints after class, it loosens up my joints.
  • I find it easier to keep going at things…I seem to have more energy and generally be in a better mood after leaving the class.
  • It’s close to home, led by Tracy (a huge bonus), a lot less strenuous than other types of exercise, and, more importantly, it’s attended by a great bunch of women and we have lots of fun!
  • I enjoy the company, and I have made many friends.
  • Attending a class makes me put time aside to do exercises.
