Welcome to my website.
It has been a long time since we all danced and exercised together, but we are now thinking about how we can exercise and dance safely. Exercise with Tracy for fitness, co-ordination, stamina and posture.

Classes are back to 'normal' with common-sense precautions.
If you are recovering from COVID please only return once you have tested negative and feel well enough to attend.

Why should you try a movement and dance class?

The Sport and Recreation Alliance has produced a document outlining the benefits of 'what we do'.
'This document seeks to ‘state the case’ for movement and dance organisations. This report has been inspired by social impact reports undertaken by other sporting organisations to demonstrate the value of their activity.' 'Tracy's vision for the work was to deliver a step-change in how the members of the Movement and Dance Division articulate the value of the activity they work so hard to facilitate' ![]()

In 2010 I was delighted to present EXTEND Strides Out at the CCPR Festival of Movement and Dance at the Royal Albert Hall. The team, consisting of 56 EXTEND teachers and class members, performed to Royal Salute, the only requirement to join the team was to be able to walk down a set of stairs unaided. Class movements combined to create a performance of a lifetime.
