CLASS INFORMATION
Monday and Tuesday Exercise and Movement classes are a traditional keep fit class for those who prefer a slower paced class that 'ticks the boxes'. For more information about this exercise to music class, with no jumping or floor work please click here.
Wednesday Medau classes are more active, described as a 'tongue twister' for the body. For information about Medau - a movement and dance class using apparatus (hoops, balls, clubs and gymnastic ribbons) please click here.
Your mental, physical and social wellbeing can be uplifted by dancing with us.

In 2010 I was delighted to present EXTEND Strides Out at the CCPR Festival of Movement and Dance at the Royal Albert Hall. The team, consisting of 56 EXTEND teachers and class members, performed to Royal Salute, the only requirement to join the team was to be able to walk down a set of stairs unaided. Class movements combined to create a performance of a lifetime.
