We all know we should be taking more exercise, but sometimes, for all sorts of reasons, it seems to be too much like hard work. Make a realistic resolution to get fitter and feel better.
Everybody is welcome, previous experience is not necessary to get fit and have fun.

and the satisfaction of doing something 'for yourself'.
